The video on the home page of www.jevan1.com was created using a webcam and 'Manycam' software with a green background, saved using autoscreenrecorder as an avi, followed by SWiSH Video3 using green chromakey to change the background to white and export as swf (flash).

The video below was in fact done using manycam followed by autoscreenrecorder (avi) followed by Reallusion PopVideo Converter to remove the green background and export as a .iWidget file, followed by widgetcast to import the .iWidget and export as a widget for the web (html, flv, etc) which is shown below :)

Also a news widget was made. I wasn't able to get the weather to display in celcius, it seems to ignore the celcius parameter. Also it doesn't seem to display the full weather for some reason.
